Cultivating Vision, Discernment & Protection

The clarity to see truth and the cultivation of discernment is essential for everyone right now. I hear lots of questions around energy protection. If you feel sensitive like you are picking up on others and the collective and want to protect yourself, the remedy is not to shut down. Shrinking yourself and hiding in fear is not beneficial for the body or the world. We actually need to grow our energy and luminosity. It’s important to open our intuitive centers to see more but learn to do this with the utmost discernment.
